PLEASE NOTE: The Westbrook Town Hall and Public Works will be closing at 4:00 pm on Thursday - April 6th and remain closed April 7th for the Mauday Thursday and Good Friday Holidays. The Transfer Station will be open on Saturday - April 8th. Town offices will resume normal hours on Monday - April 10th.
