LEGAL NOTICE
ANNUAL TOWN MEETING
TOWN OF WESTBROOK
The legal voters of the Town of Westbrook, Connecticut and all others qualified to vote in meetings of said Town are hereby notified and warned that the Annual Town meeting will be held in the Multi-Purpose Room at the Mulvey Municipal Center, 866 Boston Post Road, Westbrook, Connecticut on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. to consider and act on the following: **
1. To designate May 4, 2021 as the date for the Annual Town Budget Meeting of the Town of Westbrook, Connecticut in conformance with Connecticut General Statutes, Section 7-388 for the purpose of acting upon the Annual Budget for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022.
2. To nominate and elect four (4) Fair Rent Commissioners to serve for a term of four (4) years to May 15, 2025 pursuant to section 2-202 of Westbrook Code of Ordinances.
3. To nominate and elect two (2) Fire Commissioners to serve for a term of three (3) years to April 30, 2024 pursuant to Section 7-21 of the Westbrook Code of Ordinances.
4. To nominate and elect three (3) Forest Commissioners to serve for a term of three (3) years to April 21, 2024 pursuant to Section 9-162 of the Westbrook Code of Ordinances.
5. To nominate and elect nine (9) members to the Board of Recreation to serve for a term of three (3) years from May 13, 2021 to May 13, 2024, pursuant to Section 14-23 of the Westbrook Code of Ordinances.

RETURN NOTICE
I HEREBY CERTIFY that on the 25th day of March 2021, I posted a written copy of the attached warning and notice of an Annual Town Meeting upon all the sign posts of the Town of Westbrook and all other places designated by the Town.
I FURTHER CERTIFY that on the 25th day of March 2021, I caused the attached warning and notice of an Annual Town Meeting of the Town of Westbrook to be filed with Joan Angelini its Town Clerk.
I FURTHER CERTIFY that on the 25th day of March 2021, I caused a copy of said warning and notice to be published in the Harbor News having circulation within the Town of Westbrook.
I FURTHER CERTIFY that all of the above acts were done by me at least five days before the holding of said meeting on Wednesday, April 7, 2021.
