A fun, 45 minute low impact cardio style workout that will help to improve range in motion, flexibility and endurance with quick drill style cardio bursts. The class will also incorporate balance specific exercises, in combination with light weight work and body weight balance combos that benefit joint. $5.00 Drop in fee
