transparent_house-home-clip-artThe Town of Westbrook is preparing a housing plan for the community. This housing plan is recommended in the proposed 2021 Plan of Conservation and Development (POCD) and is required by the Connecticut General Statutes (CGS Section 8-30j).

The overall goal of the Affordable Housing Subcommittee is addressing the changing housing needs and promoting diverse housing opportunities as priorities for the Town of Westbrook.

People’s housing needs and desires change over the course of their lives and providing for a diverse mix of housing helps ensure that people of all ages and characteristics will be able to find housing in Westbrook to meet their needs.
