Homecare Program

The home care program of the Westbrook Visiting Nurses is available 24-hours a day, seven days a week.  Services provided in the home include:

• Professional Nursing;
• Physical Therapy;
• Occupational Therapy;
• Speech-Language Therapy;
• Medical Social Services and 
• Home Health Aids.
