The Town Clerk is the “safe keeper” of the public records, including:

  • Birth, Death and Marriage Certificates
  • Land Records including Deeds and Maps (survey/subdivision)
  • Veteran’s Discharge Papers (DD214’s)
  • Board and Commission agendas and minutes
  • Town Ordinances and Special Acts

Please come to see us and we can help you with the following:

  • Recording documents related to real estate transactions
  • Waters Edge Deeds
  • Absentee Ballots for any election or referendum
  • Issue or Renew Dog Licenses
  • Issue Marriage License
  • Issue Hunting or Fishing Licenses
  • Filing maps
  • Trade Name Certificates
  • Liquor Permits
  • Notarize Documents ($5.00 charge Non-Residents)

You may also call us or email us for any additional questions or information you may need. The Town Clerk’s Office is often the first point of contact for people coming into Mulvey Municipal Center.
