The Westbrook Conservation Commission and Garden Club held a ceremony on Wednesday September 15, 2021 to dedicate the Tom Odell Memorial Open Space and Meadow Walk to recognize and thank all of the benefactors and volunteers who made these projects possible.

“Tom’s conservation efforts have ensured accessible and beautiful outdoor spaces that families may enjoy and take pride in keeping safe for future generations,’’ said MaryJo Noonan, a friend and Westbrook resident.
