Public Health Alert: COVID-19 Vaccine Update

If you are 55 years of age or older, an Educator, or a Child Care Provider employed in CT, you are eligible to schedule your COVID-19 vaccine now!

Schedule on the phone by calling the CT Vaccine Appointment Assist Line:

The line will take calls on 7 days a week from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
