On May 13, 2020, the Westbrook Zoning Commission authorized Eric Knapp, Planning, Zoning and Development Coordinator, to review requests for temporary outdoor dining for restaurants that are looking to open the same pursuant to Executive Order 7MM issued by Governor Lamont. In order to provide for a quick and comprehensive approach staff has developed this document in partnership with the Fire Marshall, Building Official, and Health Director.
