PLEASE NOTE: The Westbrook Town Hall and Public Works will be closed Monday - January 2nd for the new year's holiday and will reopen on Tuesday - January 3rd. The Transfer Station will be open on Saturday - December 31st and resume normal hours on Wednesday - January 4th.
