Meet the Westbrook Visiting Nurse Team!
Our full time office staff consists of a Nursing Administrator, An Administrative Assistant, Two Case Manager Nurses, Rehab Supervisor/PT, and an Occupational Therapist.

Caroline Luketich

RN Administrator
Carol is a graduate from Saint Anselm College and has 33 years of practical experience in hospital and home health services. Carol assisted with the startup of a new home care agency, helping obtain licensure by the state and accreditation for CHAP.
Carol became Administrator of Westbrook Visiting Nurses and Public Health in 2017. She assisted with the transition from paper charting to electronic charting and the use of tablets at the patient's bedside.
Carol enjoys working with the Town of Westbrook and feels fortunate to work with so many talented people. She is impressed by the compassionate care and collaboration between all disciplines and the Town of Westbrook employees.
Carol enjoys spending time with family and friends, and enjoys biking, kayaking, and traveling.

Cherie Bolduc

Cherie came to our agency 5 years ago with a wealth of knowledge and background, being an Office and Business Manager and billing specialist for several years in the medical field. She works tirelessly wearing many hats. She is responsible for all of our insurance authorizations, and billing. She is also responsible for putting together the annual cost report, ordering patient supplies, and preparing monthly board meeting reports and annual agency reports. Cherie works with her co-workers obtaining and following up on grants as well as organizing and working at the annual flu clinics provided to the town by the Westbrook Visiting Nurses. Cherie greets and helps all visitors that come into the office or call on the phone.
Cherie lives in Deep River with her husband and two children. She enjoys going to watch the races at the Waterford Speedbowl and going camping with her family in her free time.

Heather Soroko

Heather Soroko, MPH, BSN, RN
Heather graduated with a diploma in nursing from St. Vincent's College of Nursing, Bridgeport, CT, and later completed her BSN at Sacred Heart University, Fairfield, CT. She then obtained a Master of Public Health from University of New Haven with a focus on environmental health. She has worked at Lawrence + Memorial Hospital in the neuro unit, Middlesex Hospital in the IMCU and ED, and as school nurse at Daisy Ingraham Elementary. She has worked in home care in the New Haven area and now at Westbrook Visiting Nurses. Heather worked with colleagues, Noreen and Cherie to write a grant that enabled the agency to obtain much needed upgrades in
technology for the clinical staff, marketing to improve community outreach, and for clinical equipment needed in the field. Heather grew up in Westbrook and is thrilled to be with the Westbrook Visiting Nurses. As a nurse case manager, she feels privileged to work alongside a group of talented clinicians, all of whom are committed to improving the quality of life of those we serve.
Heather's other interests include gardening, hiking with her Gordon Setter, Maeve, and working as a member of the Sierra Club engaging with others to promote environmental awareness and conservation.

Jessica Mulhall

Jessica has been a nurse for ten years and received her BSN from Southern Connecticut State University.
The majority of her nursing experience has been in acute care at Lawrence + Memorial Hospital in the cardiac unit.
She joined Westbrook Visiting Nurses in the summer of 2022 and is happy to have made the switch to home care to serve the residents of our shoreline. Jessica recently became certified in wound care through WCEI. She grew up in Westbrook and loves this community.
She finds it wonderful to meet patients in their homes to provide much- needed care and education. Jessica and her family live locally. She loves the outdoors and being with her three girls, Isabelle, River, and Sadie, and their dog, Pongo.

Noreen Saunders

Noreen P Saunders, PT
Noreen graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University and the University of Connecticut. She has worked in home care for several years serving the shoreline community. She finds it is a privilege to provide physical therapy in a patient's own home environment as she feels there is an added benefit to the personalized care and the one-on-one relationship that develops.
Noreen focuses on the individual patient's goals and works with the patient to obtain the greatest level of independence and functionality. She enjoys being part of the Westbrook Visiting Nurse agency with its unique opportunity for collaboration with the Senior Center and Public Health Department on a wide range of projects that have benefited the community. Noreen is grateful to work with such talented and gifted staff who care deeply about the work they do.
She recently worked with colleagues, Heather Soroko and Cherie Bolduc to write a grant to obtain updated technology for the agency and new therapy equipment. Noreen loves to travel and be outdoors, and spending time with family and friends. She has a new interest in water coloring, and stays active with biking, walking her dogs, and gardening.

Alicia Jeppesen

Alicia recently joined our team as a full time Occupational Therapist. She has over 40 years of experience in Occupational Therapy. She graduated from Tufts University with a BS in OT. Most of her experience has been in physical rehabilitation with the geriatric population in many different settings. She is married and has 3 adult kids and a daughter- in-law. She loves to travel, hike, and go on long walks. She does yoga, and reads mostly historical fiction. She enjoys spending time with family and good friends.
And she loves living on the shoreline!

Claudia Cozzi

Claudia graduated from St Vincent’s School of Nursing in New York City. She began her career in open heart surgery and pulmonary ICU. She also worked in Honolulu, Hawaii in an orthopedic trauma unit. She was introduced to community home care nursing in the early 1990’s starting in an area called “Hell’s Kitchen.” She loves patient interaction in a home setting and has worked in a variety of urban and suburban communities. When not working, she enjoys skiing, running, gardening, and travel.

Lisa graduated from Helene Fuld College of Nursing in 1988. In her 35 years as a Registered Nurse, she has worked in post-critical care, cardiology, cardiac rehab, plastic surgery, and home health. She has been with Westbrook Visiting Nurses for 17 years working per diem, extended hours, and heading up flu vaccine clinics each fall. She loves caring for, and educating patients in their homes and finds working in her community very important and rewarding. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, cooking, traveling, and volunteering at High Hopes.

Joan Tedaldi

After graduating nursing school at Queensborough College in 1988, Joan began her nursing career in NYC, working at Bellevue and Lenox Hill Hospitals for 10 years. She met her husband and began a family, later moving to Connecticut in 1995. It was here that she discovered home care. She has been working at Westbrook Visiting Nurses for the past 5 years. She enjoys working with the staff and our clients in the community and finds that it is very rewarding. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her children, gardening, going antiquing, and traveling.

Her work experience over 37 years includes: Med/Surg hospital, Dialysis, Adolescent Psychology, and home care. She has worked in home care and public health nursing in California, Massachusetts, and Connecticut. She enjoys cooking, theater, and walking her dog on the beach.

Bonnie Brenneman

Bonnie earned her bachelor of science in physical therapy from the University of Connecticut in 1993. The majority of her career has been spent working in an outpatient setting with orthopedic injuries, pain, and dysfunction. She began specializing in pelvic health in 2016, and enjoys helping people with bladder control, bowel control/ constipation, or pain issues. She believes that physical therapy can help people move better and feel better and is committed to providing personalized, efficient and effective therapy that empowers her patients to participate in the activities they love at any age.
In her free time, she enjoys gardening, hiking, spending time on the Connecticut River, and traveling with family and friends.

Colin Morris

Colin has his undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut and graduate degrees in PT from Quinnipiac University, and a ScD degree from the Health Sciences Center at Texas Tech University. He is a certified orthopedic manual therapist of the spine, and has been working in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation since 1995.
Colin is a fitness enthusiast who enjoys traveling with his wife, hiking, and going to sporting events.

Catherine Staunton

Catherine graduated with a degree in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University in 1990. In 1992, she joined the US Navy as a Physical Therapist and after completing 5 years of active duty, she transferred to the Reserve and retired in 2014 as a Lieutenant Commander. Since moving to Connecticut in 1998, she has worked in both the acute care and home care setting. In her free time, she keeps busy as a board member on the Clinton Board of Education, and Secretary for the New Haven Gaelic Football and Hurling Club and enjoys watching Boston sports. She lives in Clinton with her husband, James, and three children, Mary Kate, Seamus and Aidan, and their black lab Ryan.

She is APTA Board certified in Orthopedic Physical Therapy since 2016. She has been working in outpatient orthopedics since 2015 and joined the Westbrook Visiting Nurses in 2022. She enjoys hiking, kayaking, and spending time with her family.

Mary Megargee

Mary earned a BA in Psychology at Trinity College in Hartford and an MS in Communication Disorders from Southern CT State University. She has worked with clients of all ages, having worked in Birth to Three services with toddlers, in public schools from preschool to high school, and in home care with both pediatric and adult clients. She loves speech therapy and the variety of people she gets to meet. Mary truly enjoys the challenge of helping people improve their communication and swallowing situations. In her spare time, she loves to read-anything and everything, as well as being by the water, hiking, and kayaking.
She also has a little grandbaby, and spends as much time with him as possible.

Ann DiPierdomenico

Ann has been a social worker for Westbrook Visiting Nurses for over 20 years. She graduated from Quinnipiac College with a B.A. in Gerontology and obtained her graduate degree of a Masters in Social Work from Southern Connecticut State University. She has worked in many community-based jobs (i.e., CHCPE, LTC/SNF and Visiting Nurse offices). She helps clients obtain community resources/outreach and referrals, such as Meals on Wheels, Lifeline, information on state and private fund programs as well as options for alternative living arrangements, such as assisted living facilities. She has been a great asset to our office, and she is always willing to connect with her coworkers with the goal of getting our client's/patients the assistance that they need in hopes of maximizing their independence. In her personal time, she enjoys traveling, cooking from scratch, and antiquing. She has 3 wonderful children who keep her busy with their college lives and soccer games. She also has a beautiful chocolate Labrador Retriever named Nutella who accompanies her on her outings.

Rebecca's professional career has spanned over 30 years with an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Masters in Social Work from Fordham University. She has worked in private practice with adults and adolescents. Her specialization has been in forensic social work with clients suffering from substance abuse and mental illness with the State of CT for the last 23 years. Rebecca has always had a passion for the elderly and when a part time position with Westbrook Visiting Nurses opened about 5 years ago, she was thrilled to join our team. She finds that helping aging clients maximize their potential is a challenging and rewarding job. In her free time, she is an avid hiker, traveler, dog lover, and foodie!

Karen became a home health aide in 1994 and has worked for our agency for the past several years. For several years, she was also a Scottish Terrier Breeder and worked with a Breeding and Show Kennel. Before this, she worked as a waitress at Friendly's Restaurant. She enjoys reading and playing games on her tablet such as Spider Solitaire and free slot games. She has 6 grown grandchildren, and 3 great grandsons.
